Lovely week

Great week in beautiful surroundings in Toscany. It was very hot around 40 degrees so we could have needed that the house had air condition. Very sweet people and no problems with handing over keys, check in and out. Notice there is an industrial area close by, which makes a little noise from time to time.

Top mit kleinen Makel

An sich war alles super. Gestört hat uns allerdings, dass die Bilder des Hauses etwas anderes versprechen. Das Haus steht leider nicht allein. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus genau daneben und sehen auch auf das Grundstück ein da Ihr Haus etwas erhöht steht. Zudem ist das Industriegebiet wirklich sehr nahe. So dass man unter der Woche leider von Lärm geweckt werden kann. Das ist im Urlaub natürlich nicht optimal. Zahlreiche Olivenbäume verdecken zwar die Sicht teilweise aber eben nur teilweise. Dafür ist das Haus dann doch sehr teuer. Mit Hund ist das Haus allerdings echt super. Das Grundstück ist riesig und es kann direkt vom Haus losgelaufen werden.

Dejligt rummeligt feriehus

Huset er skønt, og rummer op til fire par. Beliggenheden midt i Toscana er rigtig god. Gode muligheder for fine gåture i området nær Casole d’Elsa. Et minus er dog, at der kan opleves støj fra et nærliggende erhvervsområde store dele af døgnet. Tillige med hundeglam fra vagthundene.

Geslaagde vakantie

Ondanks het hete zomerweer toch nog kunnen genieten van dit verblijf, hoewel het 's nachts wel warm was in de slaapkamers. Twee punten van kritiek : 's nachts blaffende honden, die het slapen verstoren en de nabijheid van kleine industrie die het zicht wat pollueert. Maar algemeen een zeer aangename woning met alle comfort, nabijheid van handelszaken en heerlijke uitstappen in de omliggende stadjes zijn een aanrader. Niet te vergeten zijn de bosrijke wandelingen in de nabije omgeving .

+ Perfekt hus för två familjer med 1-2 barn iom att man har helt avskilda hus delar med två egna badrum - mycket praktiskt. Överhuvudtaget fräscht och allt fungerade väl. Fin och ren pool dessutom. - På minussidan så behövs verkligen AC i sovrummen på sommaren då sovrummen dessutom ligger på övre planet. Den lilla orten, Lucciana, saknar dessutom mat/restauranger så man måste köra till allt vilket är lite meckigt. Utsikten över ett indutriområde stör absolut inte.

Magnifique séjour dans cette belle maison à l'architecture typique de la Toscane avec une localisation parfaite pour découvrir cette belle région. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La maison est vraiment spacieuse, bien équipée et le jardin est très agréable.

Top Ferienhaus

Das Haus und den Pool hatten wir für uns alleine, es ist alles sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus ist wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Lage des Hauses ist im Zentrum aller Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe, sind sehr hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt.

Das Ferienhaus und der Pool ist sehr sauber, und wird ständig gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das typisch toskanische Haus hat mehrere Terrassen, immer passend zur Sonneneinstrahlung.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet....

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Stellen Sie sich aber darauf ein, dass die "deutsche Kaffeemaschine" nicht funktionsfähig ist. Reisetipps: Die Städte im "Umfeld" sind alle eine Reise wert. Allerdings sollten Sie darauf gefasst sein,dass in Nähe der bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz einem gesalzene Preise erwarten. Es gilt offensichtlich das Motto: Der Gast kommt einmal und nicht wieder!
