“The room was very dated. The heat was controlled with a wall unit that had no thermostat and there was no setting to adjust the actual heat coming out so I had to turn it on and off at various points throughout the night. Linens were also not cleaned. Went out and bought a pillow and blanket so I had something to sleep on. ”

“Absolutely disgusting experience. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I genuinely thought it was closed because the lobby was covered in dust and dirt and looked completely neglected. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.
We checked in quickly because we were heading to a wrestling championship and didn’t have time to really inspect the room. When we came back later and looked around, the room was absolutely filthy. The floors and walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been……
