“I had a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spotless and well maintained. The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Most of all, the staff was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.”

Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso. “We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond.
