“Our host Francesco was wonderful. Showed us our room in a restored 1840s building in their vineyard, and explained local things to see and do. The spacious rooom had log ceilings and a four poster bed. Had a free breakfast at Francesco's mothers cafe just around the corner. Early in the season so the pool wasn't open yet. Fantastic place to stay. Make sure you contact Francesco by phone before you arrive so he can meet you at checkin. His # is in the check in instructions. ”

“Beautiful property in the beautiful Tuscan region, food was great as was the staff but I do think it important to note that there is no 24hr airport shuttle transportation as listed in the property details. Rather it is a private service that can be arranged through reception based on driver availability and for a pretty steep cost (approximately $200 is US dollars). Be sure to consider this when booking or rent a car!”

“We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car……
