The cozy living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, with an exit leading to the patio for outdoor relaxation. Three double bedrooms are present, one of which has a shower/bidet/WC and a flat-screen TV, all providing access to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an exit leading to the garden and terrace.
