“Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. She was the nicest person you could ask for. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and was in a great location with access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've ever had - fench toast casserole with blueberry. It was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again and……

“A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. ”

“GREAT location. We walked to the ghost tour & art museum and athanaem, as well as meals downtown afterwards.
Really caring, hardworking staff who went the extra mile. Kim made me a FULL dairy free breakfast both days, including homemade pancakes and french toast. I honestly really only expected like peanut butter on toast or dairy free milk for cereal in the morning as accommodation and was pretty blown away that she made these items separately for one person. “The Bellevue property was very nice. We stayed at 10 Bellevue manor on the 2nd floor. I didn't notice any elevators in case someone needs one. We had a king size bed and the room had a sofa, chair and a good size bathroom and roomy shower. All was very clean. There's a cute front porch on the property, where you can just sit and relax. “The room and living space was really great. The heating system is Terrible. The heat all came into one room and left the other bedroom and living area freezing where both kids slept. The hotel really needs to do something about this. Could sleep at all as my wife and I were sweating and the boys were freezing. ”
