“The Palazzo Balsamo is a new hotel and elegantly appointed. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast and dining area were quite pleasant. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness of the staff, who were quite helpful. We wish we had extended our stay longer.”

“If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. ”

“Top saubere, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles sehr anonym. Kontakt nur per Email. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat sehr zuverlässig geantwortet, ein anderer hat gar nicht auf Anfragen reagiert.Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wasserpumpe macht Lärm sobald irgendjemand Wasser laufen lässt. Das habe ich vor allem nachts als sehr störend empfunden. ”

“非常好.從機場過來,30分就到。到各景點，也很近。櫃臺經理，幫忙叫車安排，非常客氣。早餐也很棒。只可惜，景點太多，參觀不完。很累。”

“And soon as I arrived, I felt at home. Luana is an amazing host. The place is a maze of wonderful Sicilian style. She had me choose which bed I preferred, showed me all of the facilities and was so kind. We get to use the kitchen, there are multiple balconies around the apartment to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book whilst listening to the sound of people on the street. I loved my stay here.”

“What a lovely space. We arrived around 11 at night by taxi and were having difficulty getting in. I phoned the owner and he answered the phone and assisted us immediately. We had the best sleep of our travels thus far. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect bathroom and coffee facilities. Close to the central part of town. Highly walkable.”
