“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. “Condo complex is dated and needs some tlc, but it’s gated, pretty quiet, and close to the boardwalk. Seemed like a safe location. Inside is nicely updated. Kitchen is pretty well equipped with the exception of knives—really bad and difficult to use. We had a few issues, but property management responded quickly and did what they could to mitigate issues. Overall I would recommend. ”
