I booked a stay here pretty last minute on a holiday weekend. I was thrilled they had availability!!! Everything was great. Yes there could some minor cosmetic fixes (chipped soap dish, things like that.) FAR more important to me was the hospitality of the staff (100/10) and location was incredible without 400+ per night cost. I was a little disappointed we weren’t in the cottages (the cute little properties shown on website) but got over that quickly because we were there to have fun walking around shopping and sunset picnicking. The free breakfast offered wasn’t quite what I thought (a snack bag of juice tangerine granola bar and packaged muffin) but that was ok too because we found an amazing brunch cafe! There’s so many to choose from. Would return.

Loved everything about our stay! The staff was great! The room was perfect for us! The breakfast was worth the extra 15 dollars. They were very reasonable for the pet stay. It was only $ 50.00 for the whole 3 days. Lot of places over charge for pets and thats sad. Thank you!!! We will be back!!!

Very misleading by the photo...This was NOT the same place as where the pictured showed...Expedia ended up booking us at a hotel up the street from the photo shown...It was also located 20 feet from the cemetery so our downstairs patio view was the gravesides. NOT WHAT WE SIGNED UP FOR. We asked to change rooms but was told they were all sold out. After staying up until 12:30am for new years, the hotel staff started vacuuming up stairs and next door at 6:55a.m. so we hardly got any sleep that night. We paid more for the fireplace room and the fireplace was hidden on the far side of the bed where you couldn't see it and gave out no heat ...Not the best experience and wished the hotel was the one in the photo shown...Our expectation was not met.

We booked a room with two double beds but called before booking to confirm that we could get a roll away bed because we have an 8-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old exchange student (male). The lady we spoke to confirmed that yes, we could get a roll away bed at no extra charge. Upon check in, we requested the roll away bed and were then told (by the same lady that we had just spoken to that morning) that we were now not able to get a roll away bed. She was very snippy about it and not understanding at all about the age and sex difference of our kids and the obvious inappropriateness of them sharing a bed. My husband went back to reception to speak about the roll away bed and a man said he would send one up no problem. After we waited for a while, my husband called back down to check on the status, and the same lady got back on and again, said that we could not have one. Instead of addressing the inconsistencies in what we have been being told by staff members all day about the roll away bed (herself included), she went as far as to give her own (unasked for) opinions on our family’s sleeping arrangements: suggesting that “it looks like” my husband should sleep in a bed with our exchange student and I should sleep in a bed with our daughter. We would not recommend staying here if looking for a place with consistency, kindness, and understanding among staff members.

Room was clean but none of the windows work. Can't open. We had a bad experience. Lost power. From 12/23 at 1145 PM until next day Christmas eve 4 pm. We had no power, WiFi, nor the landline was available. Terrible experience. The a huge puddle puddle about a foot surrounding our vehicle in the parking spot. We couldn't access our car until maintenance cleared up the drain
