“This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot. Condo is exactly as shown, it was immaculate and decorated very cute, furniture comfortable, complex was very clean and Safe. Love the little screened in porch. “My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. ”

“Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived.
