"I did not like the walk in shower with the curtain as it did not contain the water from the shower head and I had to put towels down to soak up the water. Staff was excellent about giving us clean towels every day and emptying the garbage which I appreciated."

"Gatlinburg location is perfect to walk downtown. Seen momma bear & cubs up the street from hotel -- on the drive Roaring Fork. Hotel room/bed was perfect. Indoor/outdoor dining on the rooftop was perfect. Outdoor 17' TV was perfect to watch Football. Yes, 17 FEET! Firepit has comfy chairs. Too busy to try the heated pool. Stayed 4 nights, would definitely recommend & will stay again!"

"AMAZING! Myself and family had an amazing time and we felt we had everything we needed in one place. The hotel is in a great location with many things to do. Fairly close to Dollywood by car and lots of options for food. During this family trip my kids had nonstop activities, dance parties, story time, and more. The property and rooms were so clean. I am a person who inspects everything for dirt and it was spotless. Very comfortable stay, we were not ready to leave but will be back!"

"This was our second time staying at Park Vista Gatlinburg, great hotel beautiful view of the mountains. First time was city view and second time was mountain view enjoyed it most. Clean and friendly staff. Recommend this hotel. Trolley is available as well. Looking forward to our return."
