“Unfortunately, the property was noisy all night. Seems like the hotel doesn't have noise reduction walls. I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night. The shower doors, including mine, have a defect: something makes a cracking noise every time I use the shower, and it sounded like it wasn't an isolated issue because I woke up hearing it from different areas during my stay. “NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was immediately robbed by one of the locals, and forced to withdraw money from an ATM. Once I finally got back to the hotel after withdrawing enough money to keep the thieves satisfied, the power kept going off. The area was also extremely insecure: gang of locals stood staring outside my window on second floor and filming us, AND WINDOW WOULDN'T CLOSE OR LOCK so had to BARRICADE the window with sofa). One particular guy stood……

“The first room they had me in was on the first floor, the balcony door would t close and the shower head was barely functioning. I will Say they moved me to a nicer room but I had To wait till the next day which is still inconvenient. The hotel isn’t the nicest and the food is really subpar but the staff goes above and beyond and are so nice ”

“everything was good, except that there's wasn't refrigerador in none of the first floors, you have to walk a long distance to buy whatever you need daily or nights ”

“I got a room with balcony and end up getting a regular room no balcony I asked for change but said it wasn’t available. ”

“It’s was ight, but pool was dry, the power went out sometimes ”
