“My family of four had a wonderful spring break at Kai Baby. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The canal setting was peaceful with a dock for fishing. The pool was much enjoyed each day. Bikes and kayaks were fantastic amenities. We biked every day and were thankful bikes were available when our rental vehicle wouldn’t start. Taking the kayaks out to see Bioluminescent Bay was definitely a highlight of our trip. The owners provided excellent communication and were very helpful……

“There was an issue with the HVAC units in the downstairs’ living room and bedroom that required us to reach out to the management several times. On the upside we had immediate assistance. The pool company stopped by while we were at the house to clean and check the chemicals in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, there was plenty of towels, and the easy beach to water access to snorkel (saw a lot of fish) was a big bonus!
