"Great breakfast, cozy atmosphere"

"Walking in the door to the sound of a voice calling out "Cheri is that you?" set the tone for what proved to be a most pleasant stay. Brenda has put her heart and soul into this BnB and it shows in every way. Breakfast was a full, delicious buffet, the room was so comfortable I was asleep in minutes, and the menagerie of critters is a real treat. Brenda makes everyone feel comfortable and genuinely cares about ensuring they have a terrific experience. I'd return to Iowa just to stay here......

"The house is a beautiful property. Everyone should stay and enjoy the architecture. Our host was pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with him. With it being during the holidays, he was a bit hectic."

"This is a classic bed & breakfast. The host & hostess are very kind people. A wonderful country breakfast was served, all homemade and delicious!"

"We enjoyed our stay, but I do wish the place was a little cleaner. The shared bathroom (upon our arrival) had small hairs all over the sink and vanity like someone had emptied their electric shaver over it. Also, the doors to the rooms, including the shared bathroom, have no locks on them. The breakfast was very filling, and Mary (the hostess) was nice to talk to."

"Overall, very happy with our stay. It's a multi-level home offering lots of common hang-out space, and an open kitchen, fire place etc. Bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds, and were great for chill-out private time. Best of all, house is in great location near Bever Park, and conveniently close by family who we are visiting. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat."
