“Dario was very responsive all along. We only stayed one night due to timing of our rental car pickup. But the setting for Villa Rosa is captivating- on a hill in Cefalu overlooking the sea. Parking was available and free. Dario gave us directions to the rental car agency. Breakfast was served on a lovely porch buffet style. There was a variety of options- and it was good. Croissant, hard boiled egg, yogurts, fruit and of course, coffee. If travelers wanted, town and the beach were walkable.”

“El hotel de las fotos está muy bien, pero no es donde uno se hospeda, se pueden usar los servicios. El anexo donde se duerme sería un 2 estrellas (no 4 estrellas). Estacionamiento 10 Euros, desayuno muy bien en el hotel. La atención de recepción fue muy buena. Conclusion: Por el precio pagado no está mal, pero en ninguna foto de la propiedad aclara que la habitación se encuentra enfrente al hotel, planta baja y se escuchan mucho los ruidos de los vecinos.”

“Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.”

“Lacking amenities in the room eg water, kettle. The sink also appeared to be constructed incorrectly ie it was too near the wall so you couldn’t open the tap fully. There was also one day our room wasn’t cleaned despite having the “please make up our room” sign on the door. However it was about a 20-25min walk to the city and the concierge staff were incredibly lovely. A good hotel if you’re looking to be out most of the day, and none of the ‘issues’ mentioned were a deal breaker for us!”

“Lovely restful property in pretty countryside surrounded by a vineyard. Great food in the on-site restaurant. Excellent breakfasts too. Freindly and helpful staff. Only downside was the lack of drawers in the room. Most people seem to stay a few nights (we say the same faces repeatedly), so it was odd that our room had nowhere to properly unpack as I would expect for a three night stay.”

“Schöne Lage mitten im Dorf. Parkplatz kein Problem. Mit kleinem Balkon. Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, aber man wurde satt.”

“Highly recommend staying here. Excellent location, Great communication from Giuseppe prior to our arrival, he gave us all the information we needed for parking and access. Greeted kindly upon arrival with a map and suggestions for appertivo and activities for the next day. Our room was new with great air conditioning and comfortable amenities. Even a beach bag and towels for us to take on the beach. Also nice breakfast prior to check out.”

“Everything was great: the hotel has its own bay, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, all included, excellent breakfast and lunch restaurant (reasonable prices and good food). The amount of space you have in your room and terrace is incredible (for me, luxury=space). Only drawbacks: 1. a rocky beach. Bring water shoes. You get used to it. There’s a ramp (of sandbags) to help you get past the rocks and gravel in the shallow parts). 2. (Serious) no safety strips in the showers: very slippery. All in……
