The communication for check-in was fine. Trying to get connected to wifi was difficult. the posted information was incorrect. the second day Wonderful Italy replied that the password was written on the bottom of the router. Then figured out the name of the account as it was not the one posted. We did finally get on the network. The kitchen was adequate. Nothing special. There was an espresso pot thankfully. Though the propane for the stove ran out with 2 mornings left. Wonderful Italy never responded to our notification on that. There is a washer listed as one of the amenities but it left the cloths sitting in dirty water half wet and half dry. We needed to wring the cloths out and hang them to dry. It was rainy and hard to get them dry when so wet. The outside patio area filled half with water in the rain. The location is great. It was a good place to stay just not personal care. Dealing with Wonderful Italy felt very distant. Could be a good place to stay if cared for.
