L’endroit bien, parvîntes pas expliqué pour y accéder que c’est compliqué. La maison pas très propre avec encore les affaires du monsieur dans la penderie, du linge dans la machine, des choses dans le frigg pas nettoyé, micro onde très sale piscine pas très propre. Après en soit, la maison bien. Mais à expliquer dans l’annonce ou avant qu’il y a un escalier en colimaçon très étroit et que suivant les personnes ça peut être compliqué. Et ce fameux chemin qui mène à la maison très très en pente.

Leider sehr ungepflegt!!!

Grundsätzlich entspricht die Beschreibung des Objekts der Wirklichkeit. Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bergauf von Cefalu. Die kurze Zufahrt direkt zum Domizil ist ziemlich steil und eng. Die Immobilie wurde sicher ursprünglich mit Geschmack und kostspielig eingerichtet. Doch leider befindet sich das Objekt derzeit in einem außerordentlich ungepflegten, schmuddeligen Zustand. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen großen Instandhaltungsstau. Als wir ankamen, hatten wir erst mal das riesige Bedürfnis für Sauberkeit zu sorgen. Dies war kaum möglich, weil bis zum Schluss z. B. nur schmutzige Geschirrhandtücher zur Verfügung standen und der Staubsauger tatsächlich nicht saugt. Die Toilette oben hatte leider noch deutliche "Bremsspuren" vom Vorgänger, Ameisen liefen in Küche, Schränken und Bädern umher, es stand dreckiges Geschirr vom Vorgänger im Schrank, der Mülleimer ist kaputt, der Geschirrspüler innen ebenfalls, der draußen war verschmutzt, es war noch der Kaffeesatz der vorherigen Gäste in der Kaffeemaschine, die kaputte Nespressomaschine daneben beinhaltete noch benutzte Kapseln, die Toilettenbrille im unteren Bad ist im Eimer, im Küchenschrank befinden sich Überreste von Mottennestern, der Tiefkühler ist komplett vereist und unbrauchbar, das Bett im kleineren Zimmer müsste unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, das im großen Schlafzimmer eigentlich auch, unter den Betten müsste mal geputzt werden! Der Eigentümer sollte dringend die Reinigungskraft und den Verwalter vor Ort wechseln. Ein wenig Aufwand, Mühe und Sorgfalt könnte dem Objekt aber sicher wieder zu seinem alten Glanz verhelfen!!! Im Moment befindet es sich allerdings in einem traurigen und desolaten Zustand! Aber wir waren für diese Saison wohl auch die letzten Gäste...

vue sublime

Nous avons passé une semaine dans une maison décorée avec très bon gout. La vue est sublime quelque soit l endroit où vous vous trouvez. Sans aucun vis à vis. Tranquillité et repos assuré. Le gérant est toujours disponible pour n importe quelle demande et peut vous conseiller facilement sur les environs. Super expérience que je recommande.
