"Fantastic stay, staff was superb!"

"I needed a taxi to get there late at night from terminal 3, and no elevator to 2nd floor entrance. Staff went overboard helping get my luggage up and down the stairs and even walked me to the taxi area when I checked out. Decor was tired with wear, obvious repairs but clean and ok for one night at the airport. Other options are a better value in my opinion."

"The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay. "

"Beautiful resort hotel perfect for a transit day in Jakarta. Complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off was perfect for a hassle free stay. Staff are super welcoming, restaurant served great food. Onsite café bakery, convenience store, spa, gym and pool made for a great experience. The room, modern, spacious and clean."
