"There was no one at the front desk at any time, entering or exiting the lobby. Had to call for check in and check out. On check out approximately 10am a staff appeared (after calling her on the phone) in a bra and sweat pants, barely awake. Carpets throughout were awful(dirty and ruffled). The smell of weed on entering and while walking down the hallway was very prominent."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not presented as advertised and appeared to have been poorly cleaned and maintained.When we arrived, no door code had been provided, leaving us standing outside in the rain while we tried to get in touch with the host. The listing advertised parking, but it was only first-come, first-served street parking.Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared to have stains that looked like blood, and there were stains on the walls and carpet upstairs. There were also no mattress protectors on the beds. The coffee maker was dirty and had visible mould inside, making it unusable.When we washed all of the sheets the stains came out so we knew they weren’t washed between stays.The house was also inadequately stocked for a three-bedroom rental. There were very few towels available (not enough hand or bath towels for the size of the property), only two hand towels for 3 bathrooms and no facecloths, limited kitchen supplies, and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided were nearly empty.Overall, the condition of the property did not match the listing, and the lack of cleanliness and preparation made for a very poor experience. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others."
