「For the price, I think complementary breakfast should be included. Embassy Suites does this and we love it.」

「👍👍👍👍」

「It smelled bad, and there was no hot water for showers. Plus, the sheets on my bed were damp when I first got to the room.」

「This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. 「Jessica was very inviting and was a big help」

「I did not receive a refund of my deposit」

「Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department.」

「At freeway exit is more convenient to in and out and easy find out area」

「Enthusiastic and professional, very good experience.」
