“Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything……

“What a lovely home! We rented this for a relatives wedding! It was perfect for a one night stay! Clean and comfortable. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. There was some construction, but the owner couldn’t help that. It took a tiny second to reroute and go a different route around the back because gps kept telling me to go the way where the roads were blocked off. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the kids! We even left something and the owner met us to get it from them! Such a……

“We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!”

“Kadia's Place was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!”

“Cozy spot to stay for a couple nights. House was very clean and comfortable. Yummy coffee provided! Host was proactive and gave clear instructions and easy check out process.”

“Very nice home within walking distance to CUTE Marion.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!”

“Everything was great , had a wonderful stay.”

“This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient.”

“We had a pleasant stay and was able to visit with family in the area.”

“I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.”

“The property was clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly how to access the property, lock up, where to park, etc. It was an easy process and I would highly recommend.”

“We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !”

“Enjoyed the stay and great host”

“The place was overall as expected by pictures, but the smell of old smoke was overwhelming and a huge issue for me.”

“Great location and the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

“Host was gracious and quick to respond to communication. Home was clean and perfect for what we needed while visiting Cedar Rapids. ”
