"Upon arrival I was greeted with an upgrade. Inside the room, there was a variety of fruit as well as dessert. The breakfast buffet was a joy and the service at the restaurant. My last night was simply superb. I have you recommend this place and we will stay there again"

"Air Conditioning was great, staff were very friendly, bug free, clean. Looks like pictures. Very loud due to the Jeepnys. Its a very convenient location, 7/11 literally in the same property. Just be aware, its downtown Ermita, you will see lots of poverty, smell lots of smells, be asked for change or food a lot. But thats how it is there, not the hotels fault, very convenient location. I felt safe walking down the street but im a 26 y.o male pretty large stature, I personally wouldnt want any women in my family walking down that road by themselves."

"A small cockroach greet us when we enter the room. Aside from that the room is clean the staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The aircon is not cold enough even it’s on the 16. Maybe they should upgrade their aircon. The water pressure is also low overall our stay is good"
