"So we stood there for one night and than ended up adding an extra one with this hotel. We didn’t think it would be an issue and we figured we would be allowed to stay in the same room considering we are the “in house guest” and that is suppose to take priority. When I went to the front desk to book it for another night I was informed that somebody reserved that room so we had to pack all our stuff up and switch rooms which was very inconvenient. I understand things happen, however as someone who use to work in a hotel myself, whoever is staying in house is SUPPOSE to have top priority because we are the paying customer. It was just very tedious because we had to up and move everything. And ontop of that, the AC in BOTH rooms we were in were barely working. It was hot in the room the whole time we were there. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again because of these inconveniences."

"Beachview on 16th floor was Amazing. We watched as ships passed by.The room was farely clean and neat. Towels and bedding were clean and plentiful. Some of the bathroom drawers were hard to open, so didn't use them. TV did not work, but wasn't going to watch anyways while at the beach. Nice to have a safe in room, refrigerator, and kitchen supplies to use as needed. AC worked well and was easy to control. Bonus was the ceiling fan, but there was no switch on wall to control it and the pull chains did not do anything. King sized bed and mattress were perfect for restful sleep. Noticed the hot tub outside was roped off, but again at the beach, so not a big deal."

"So, I have stayed here before and the first time I booked back in November I wasn't very happy with how I had no idea I wouldn't be able to use the balcony and I came there to relax and enjoy the hotel. I wanted a view of the ocean and to be able to have access to the balcony and it was completely blocked off. I mentioned it to the front desk and the man I spoke to was so incredibly rude to me. I almost didn't even book again. This time I actually really enjoyed my stay. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they even accommodated by giving me a room facing the water. It was facing the skyline and to be honest it was great! The gym is fantastic and easy to modify my exercises with what is available. The hot tub is amazing! The pool is warm/cool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but the only downside is they don't have room service. You have to order online and get it yourself. BUT It is also around a lot of restaurants, right on the water, has a steam room! so overall I was impressed this time. I'd stay here again."
