“I was really disappointed with my stay. For the entire five days we were there, the TV didn’t work due to an issue the provider “couldn’t fix,” which meant there was absolutely no in‑room entertainment. For a newer hotel, that was surprising and frustrating. The “continental breakfast” was also extremely underwhelming; just apples, oranges, coffee, and muffins. No variety, no protein, nothing warm. “The room temp could not be adjusted or controlled, it was humid and warm and uncomfortable to sleep. Behind the beds was dusty, dirty, and had food remnants that were not vacuumed. ”

“I was there 15 mins before check in and still couldn’t get a room for 45 minutes. The room was sufficient but the small fridge was dead warm and not working. The AC however worked almost too good for the small size of the room…hardly ever set the AC to auto but had to here.”
