「Great location! Perfect for a couple.」

「The house was just as described, clean, and accessible to all the nearby areas. Would definitely book again when in the area. Also a few nice things left behind, coffee pot, coffee to start the day off before heading out. Great place to check out if your in the area」

「We were so impressed with this house. It was beautifully decorated. Was in a great location. Very nice neighborhood location. Had all the listed amenities. Was just what we needed.」

「Nice spot. Very clean. Easy ride to Boothbay and Damariscotta. The only downside was our cabin was close to Rte 1 so we had a lot of traffic noise.」

「This was the perfect size for us for a short stay. It had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy. (We spend most of our time outside and away from our lodging when on vacation.) I discussed a couple of small concerns with the host, and he was very responsive. We would stay there again in the future.」

Outside grounds area needs cleaned up a bit, with snow blower just outside front door and old cooling units behind unit. Sliding screen door to the deck was not functionable.」

「Very clean and comfortable little cottage. Host responds and communicates effectively. Very nice experience.」

The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay. The main area that could use improvement is the cleaning. There was some trash left inside when we arrived, and the kitchen—particularly the stovetop, sink, and some of the smaller surfaces...

「Extremely basic. Not worth of money.」
