Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, but a little on the smaller side for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff was very nice and extra helpful. Dually-noted when we asked for extra bedding, and a few extra shampoos and conditioners. Pool and hot tub were very nice, as was the buffet style breakfast. The room had comfortable beds, and a nice, high-pressure waterfall shower head. The shower hook on the back of the bathroom door was barely attatched, but not a big deal. Room could probably use a tiny bit of love from the maintenence man but overall was great. Hotel was very busy and there were a few rude and not-so-friendly hotel patrons. They were rude to the staff and other patrons, and that made everyone else feel awkward and unsettled. Thank you so much to the awesome staff and we are sorry you have to put up with those type of people. You deserve better."

"It was our first visit to this property. The Mountain View room had beautiful views. Nice deck too! However, I have to say the room was quite old and needed an update. The swimming pool with the snack bar was fun. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. We will definitely be back, but may ask for an updated room. It was a great property."
