“An amazing lil home. The nearest town isn’t that far away, so you get the best of both worlds. In the middle of nowhere but still can visit a town with stores and restaurants. Star gazing on a clear night is mesmerizing. You are surrounded on all sides with mountains. Not that far from Zapata Falls or the Great Sand Dunes National Park. They had kittens in the yard playing and always ready to be snuggled. If you ever needed anything the owners were just across the street. Great little……

“It’s a comfortable home to stay in with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. We recommend this place.”

“The house was every thing we expected! Host Annie was there to meet us upon check in….. this is the first actual time I have rented on VRBO. Such a great experience will definitely do this again!! We will definitely stay at this house on our next trip to Colorado!!”

“The house was very clean with a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. The view out back was unbelievable and there is a canal road for walking or running. There are several vineyards with wine tasting very close to the property. Inside the house there were so many special touches that made the place homey. I would definitely return to this property.”

“It was so perfect if u have kids! Or a family! Or just a couple on a getaway from the kids lol. Beautiful Butterflies always there. Bunny rabbits as well. The hot tub and pool are a hit. Bit the host were great ! Very Accommodating! Great hospitality! One hundred percent recommend this and on top of that , they have a beautiful farm right around the corner with fresh strawberries , peaches , plants , flowers , oh my god , it was perfect”

“We loved our stay in the Loft! Communication with the host was excellent, and the loft is exactly as pictured/advertised. It is so convenient for walking to bars, restaurants and shops in the downtown area - we walked there each day for a meal. The loft is fully stocked with everything we needed! So well thought out. Very clean! Bed, pillows, sheets, towels - all top quality and very comfortable. We stayed in July and the AC worked well. Parking is very convenient. We would definitely stay here……

“Most comfortable bed is stay in anywhere! Sprinklers over sprayed the access road to the cabins, not ideal on a motorcycle. Two bathrooms were creatively installed under a grain bin, however, the only vent was an open window exposing you to showering……
