「The breakfast on the rooftop where we could watch the volcano erupt was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and service was top notch. We stayed in the Rose Suite and loved it.」

「The hotel was beautiful. Turris staff was amazing. I came back from exploring to find the room decorated for my birthday. Did not even mention to them that it was. The personal touches are amazing. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The place itself was nice but the staff really put it over the top. Thank you for an amazing stay」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
