Cozy cottage on Lake Huron

We had a lovely time here. Cottage was comfortable and nicely appointed. Our granddaughter loved playing in the sand on the beach and enjoyed having a bonfire in the evenings.

Review of lakefront haven

Property and location were great. Beach was nice, with fire pit, chairs and kayak + standup paddle board. You will need water shoes as bottom is rocky and slippery. Waterfront was surprisingly warm (early August). 100+ plus steps down to the beach , good exercise but not for everyone. Bayfield is a very nice town with lots of shops and restaurants. Cottage was small but clean and well equipped.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Excellent weekend. The cottage is cozy, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Surpassed our expectations. Will visit again - we loved it!

Quiet getaway

The cottage was charming and quaint. It was clean and outditted well. We had a wonderful short trip. The lake was rocky, but perfectly cool to combat the heat! We enjoyed it immensly. If there was a con it was the well water! I wasnt ready for that! Bring yourselves leave your stress behind. The stairs down to the lake are not steep, though there are many... but, the lake was worth it. No mosquitoes. Perfection..

Great views

Great spot with beautiful sunsets, great host, great neighbours. Had everything we needed with a/c and lots of fans to keep cool! Enjoyed reading through the books provided. Lots to see and do nearby. Love the living room view of the lake!!

Cozy Bayfield Cottage

Cute little place with a huge yard, great beach and sunsets to remember. Close enough to check out Bayfield and also a Play at Huron County Playhouse. Best part, we could bring our dog to enjoy with us!

Making Memories at Lakefront Haven

We loved our stay at Lakefront Haven. A comfortable cottage with a wonderful location. We are two families with small children so it was so nice to have such a large yard and our own semi-private beach for the week (bring water shoes as it is rocky in the water). The cottage was well-stocked and communication leading up to our stay was helpful. We really appreciated and got good use of the yard games in the storage shed. Beautiful, large outdoor space and stunning Lake Huron sunsets are the big sellers of this cottage in my opinion. We would absolutely return!

Wonderful holiday, and more special as our dog came with us. All of us had a great week.

It was a great cottage and location for rest and relaxation. Interaction with our host was great in advance, and during our stay. It was the best experience I have ever had with a cottage rental, and the personalized treat waiting for our dog was a perfect start to our trip.
