「This property was excellent! Great location, clean and tidy, great amenities! Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to many attractions and historical sites. Great rooftop patio with views of downtown. Very quiet area. We loved our 3 day stay and would stay again!」

「We were in town for a very short family reunion. The Nest is a great space, very comfortable, incredibly well stocked and our host provided a wealth of information about the property and surrounding areas. The fact that the property has two full bathrooms is a game changer. And the downtown location was so handy- everything we needed was within walking distance . We will definitely stay again.」

「Very well appointed place right near Court Street and all of the restaurants in that area of downtown Des Moines. Normal city noises; so maybe not everyone's cup of tea - but nothing out of the ordinary.」

「Messaged host to get check in info. No reply until an hour and a half after check in time. Host canceled reservation with no explanation. 4 people with no place to stay late on a Friday. Total fraud, do not book. 」
