Best Western Central Kansas Hotels

The Keeper of the Plains is a 44-foot tall steel sculpture standing at the point where the Big and Little Arkansas rivers join together in downtown Wichita. This land between the two rivers is sacred ground to the Native American people and is also home to the Mid-America All-Indian Center. The Indian Warrior sculpture was created by Wichitan and Native American artist Blackbear Bosin (1921-1980).
Come in time for the sunsets to enjoy the view along the eastern shore of the Arkansas River.

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. "The room and hotel is very nice and clean the bed & pillows were the best feeling bed and pillows at any of the Hiltons I stayed at the pool area is beautiful the lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite and very professional she was kind the hospitality was amazing she needs a bonus I like the way they have the entrance set up with the letters on the door which makes it easier to go to your room the room was very quiet and clean everything was amazing "
