"Staff was very friendly. First room the TV wasn't working so they just switched us rooms. No issues. Was a comfortable stay."

"Parking is an additional fee that must be remembered with this location. Our room was nice, but it did NOT cool down! It stayed at 75°F even when we lowered the AC to 67 and left for several hours. We had to switch rooms. The staff member we worked with was great, but when we got to the second room the air was controlled by the unit itself bc the display one was stuck on error. The location is great for Orpheum events, but the lack of included parking as well as this being the second time the AC/Heat wasn't working during our stay makes me hesitant to book again when there's a different hotel right next to this one."

"Hotel is under renovation so the onsite restaurant was completely closed, as well as certain amenities were broken/not functional. My initial room had a broken safe and broken tub jets-I was able to switch rooms thankfully. At least half the staff were young & serious lacking customer service skills. Good central location downtown."

"The staff when we arrived were very nice, and helped us find our way around the area. My wife kept commenting on the fragrance in the lobby, she loved it! Had a small issue with the temp control in the room, but in the end it was nothing important. Would definitely stay again and again!!"

"This stay raised serious concerns regarding habitability and basic consumer rights. The building’s HVAC system was completely nonfunctional, and the hotel had no fans available. My room remained at 85°, making it unusable. When I asked for an explanation, the staff told me the temperature was “controlled by the state of Minnesota” and took zero ownership of the issue. No alternative accommodations, remedies, or meaningful assistance were offered. This response was dismissive and unacceptable. Given the lack of climate control, the refusal to take responsibility, and the failure to provide a habitable room, I am requesting that Expedia contact me directly. A refund or appropriate compensation is warranted based on the circumstances and the hotel’s failure to provide the services"
