新罕布夏中部出租度假屋

「A vintage cottage in a wooded setting with little trails close by along a stream. Cottage very clean and well-equipped, old vintage cottage furniture and tchotchkes. Lovely quiet place to return to after a long day of exploration and visits. We recommended a few fixes but nothing that would keep us from visiting again.」

「The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.」

「Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.」

「Lovely house. Clean, bed were comfortable. We came for a wedding so we didn’t do much local except wedding activities, but foliage was starting to turn. Lovely to sit on the porch and in the hot tub!」

「Very nice home convenient to the beach and harbor. We were very comfortable and the area was quiet. Would certainly consider returning.」

「Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise.」

「We loved our stay here! The backyard was perfect for our group and we spent the whole time out on the lake. They have a great selection of water toys to travel around the lake. The lake was a quiet retreat and we loved hearing the loons at night!」

「Great experience and an amazing property」

「Property is exceptionally clean, updated, organized and in good proximity to local attractions. Beds are very comfortable too. Communication with Caitlin was seamless.」

「Clean and efficient however close to a road.」

「The directions to the property were vague, and the property wasn't too well marked,so initially we were at the wrong place. As a result, the key code didn't work, and we were unable to reach anyone by phone for a good hour. We were redirected to the actual property, which was clean. There weren't any pieces of out door furniture for the deck, and there wasn't any way to make ice. The bedrooms and bath were nice and we're clean. Also, had we been staying for a week,it would have been good to have...

「This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...

「Our second stay at this well appointed, perfectly located spot in Meredith. We cannot wait to come back. Host is responsive to messages and in our opinion very accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem of a property with us!」

「Good location with clean and comfortable beds. Thx!」
