「Great location near the Convention Center!」

「Parking was tight, but I found a spot. It would’ve been better to put the E-car charging spots in the rear parking area instead of taking spots away from all the “regular cars”, since you aren’t supposed to park in the charging ones. All of the E-car spits were open the two days I stayed.」

「I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. The friendly young man at the desk clearly needs some education. The regular rooms are NOT the same. Also, he went looking for a step stool to help with the bed height and never came back. My mother is barely ambulatory. She could not get into the higher beds by...

「Loved our 2-night stay! The staff at both the hotel and the bar were so helpful, informative, and kind! The property is far back off the main road so it's serene and the atmosphere is purely brewdog. The room was super cute--modern & spacious. Was disappointed that they had almost zero clothing merch, but the staff said they had recently switched ownership and also were working on a new merch supplier, so I guess that was just moreso unlucky timing for us.
