“I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. The friendly young man at the desk clearly needs some education. The regular rooms are NOT the same. Also, he went looking for a step stool to help with the bed height and never came back. My mother is barely ambulatory. She could not get into the higher beds by……

“The hotel is beautiful and clean inside and out. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and large showers. Comes with games and records in the room, also 2 mini fridge full. You just pay for each individual beverage you take out. However, the customer service and staff we dealt with was not worth the positives of the room We arrived at 345 amd was told we would have to pay $50 to check in before 4pm, so we waited. Just a few minutes later another couple walked up at 350pm and checked……

“I had ants in my room. I called down to the front desk at about 130AM because I saw more ants but no one ever picked up. I let the front desk know what happened and all she did was offer me points.
