“The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly. So you can open the door right into it and it would fall down so my son complained about not feeling safe. However, the deadbolt……

“I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were……
