“Waited about ten minutes to check in, but employee was pleasant and efficient. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and although bed was well made, sheets appeared stained and were a turn off. The bathroom was in such bad shape-dirty, tiles moldy etc, I didn't use the tub/shower. About 1/2 hour after checking in another employee attempted to barge right in without a knock. I had the security bar on, but scared me enough I barely slept all night. Room STUNK of cigarette smoke. The ceiling……

“Wayyyyy overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Mattress needs replaced as you can feel the springs give as you lay down on it. Molding in the bathroom was coming away from the wall. Didn’t see any soap in the room at all. They have you over a barrel being in Hershey and they know it. All the hotels are astronomically priced in the area. Had to keep ringing the bell and waited about ten minutes for someone to finally show up to the desk for check in. Tried to walk out of the room in the……
