“We stayed in the Maryland cabin and it was really nice. Clean. Plenty of room. Very nice view from the covered back porch. Will definitely be back!”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet……

“It was a great little cabin. It had everything we needed plus more. We didn’t see any elk, but lots of elk droppings including in the back yard of the cabin so they were close. ”

“Lovely resort type feel. Only thing that would have made it better would be to have had queen size beds. Full size are just too small. ”

“We booked this house for the history tour and ghost experience. When we arrived, we thought the home was abandoned. Easy to get inside, fairly clean (we thought the cobwebs were part of the ambience. Although, we were afraid to use the tub/ shower due to mold and standing water in the downstairs bathroom. Refrigerator is working, but old) The old chinking of logs and nostalgia throughout the house was evident. Very cool! This is a LODGE! MEN will love it, we women were a bit spooked. It's……
