"Was pleased with early check in and room was wonderful!!"

"Ordered a cesar salad and received whole uncut leaves of lettuce which was weird."

"Room was clean but outdated, no microwave in room, only real issue I had was one morning while getting ready for the day in the bathroom I heard what was my door slamming shut but didn't think much of it because the doors are heavy and just thought it was the room next door when I came out a few minutes later I saw that my door had been opened and the security latch prevented it from opening all the way , it was 7:30 am and I knew it couldn't have been housekeeping my daughter was sleeping so it was not her I went down to the desk to make sure it wasn't housekeeping they assured me it wasn't because they don't start till 9 they said they would look into it and call me at some point during the day when the manager got it this was Saturday morning this happened didn't hear from anybody I went down Saturday evening to get an update the manager in duty had no idea that this happened he said he would look into it as of Monday morning when I checked out I had not heard from anybody regarding this issue and am very disappointed about that very curious to know how my door opened when it was not myself or my daughter or housekeeping I don't think I will be staying there again "

"Clean all around every time we visit! Also, never miss the chance to eat at the Waffle Spot"

"The staff was great during check in, but when I got to my room I saw that there was rust all in the tub of the shower and when I washed my hands in the sink, it took an hour for the water to drain out. I requested a new room and they said they had none available, even though the woman that checked me in actually switched me from a different room because she said this one had a “better view”. Also, I had no towels or wash cloths in my room."

"Although advertised as being nice, the rooms were awful. To say the furniture was tattered and dirty would be too nice. When I complained I was told all the rooms were like that and that they would renovate soon. "
