“En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.”

“Great 1-night stay before heading to Arenal. Close to airport (5 min drive). Check in was smooth, room was comfortable. Service was amazing - Raffaella who checked me in was gentle and kind and Carlos who prepared my breakfast was very attentive. It was a good stay to recover from a long flight before my onward journey. Only regret isn’t being able to enjoy the pool as it was raining!”

“We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!”

“Absolutely loved this hotel! We were there only one night but it was great. Beautiful hotel, clean, great staff. The only downer, the surrounding area was dirty and so many homeless people that it was a bit uncomfortable walking around. ”

“Everything about this property and its staff was amazing. It was quiet. It felt very safe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe when I return to Costa Rica I won’t be returning back into San Jose however, if you are, this is a great place to stay”
