“We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)”

“We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night so we didn’t have to drive home late from a family event. It fit the bill. Self checkin & clean. We were in the lavender room which is at the top of the stairs. The room is not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. No security lock on the room door inside, which is a little unnerving. Overall it met our needs.”

“The Inn was great, self check in was easy, the room was exactly as listed and the place was clean and quiet. The only issue we had was that the property manager uses Hosteeva instead of Vrbo for bookings so after paying Vrbo I received an email from Hosteeva saying my payment didn't go through. I had to submit a separate payment to Hosteeva which seemed a little sketchy at first, but it turned out fine. I would suggest booking directly with Hosteeva for the property to save yourself the Vrbo fee……

“It was so relaxed and nice. We had a room with our three children. It was lovely. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but it looked really nice.”

“The place was nice and clean. It is far from places to eat. B&B’s just aren’t what they use to be. No breakfast’s served and no personal contact.”
