“El estacionamiento no esta en la propiedad, lo cierran a las 10 de la noche. Por lo que no puedes salir a cenar y regresar el carro al estacionamiento. O si olvidas algo en el carro ya no podrás tener acceso a el. No me gustó nada que me obligaran a dejar las llaves porque no era necesario. Y además no te dan boleto que ampare la recepción de tu auto. Sin embargo parece un lugar seguro”

“I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical……

“Communication with the host was flawless and prompt. Cleaning staff was exceptional and the room and space was very clean. I appreciated the access to filtered water and fruit! There was some construction occurring to the outside of the building one afternoon and letting the guests know beforehand would have been helpful as the noise was dreadful and we would have planned our day differently ”

“I was very comfortable. I’ve been traveling in Mexico a lot and that was the best bed I’ve slept on in five months! A great bunch of folks on staff! Friendly and helpful.”

“I arrived at the hotel and the staff were very kind during check-in. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I realized that I had lost my Gucci scarf while staying at the hotel. The scarf is not only valuable but also a sentimental birthday gift from my daughter, which makes it very meaningful to me. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I went to the front desk to report that I had lost it on the hotel property. The staff said they would try to look for it, but no lost-and-found report was……

“Clean room in good order, Janet was great with communication prior to arrival. If possible you may WhatsApp directly, very responsive. On-site restaurant is lovely. Walk to Frida Kahlo museum in 7 minutes, but may take you much longer as you stop by multiple cafes in the way. ”
