“The people who work here are all so nice and so welcoming. I truly felt like a guest and not just like a customer. The room was large and very comfortable. I spent a week here for a work trip, and it was quiet enough that I could work comfortably, but also close enough to the main sites that I could easily take an uber when I wanted to take a break and see some of the city. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.”
“No hot water for shower.!
Also I pay all charge in hotels.com. But the hotel guy still charge $20 USD for service. I ask what's service, and he can not answer.
even do not want to offer invoice for this ridiculous charge.”
“Wonderful hotel with great history. Rooms were large, clean and quiet.
Food served in the dining areas was excellent and the pisco sours made every meal better. We ate on terrace 3 nights and meals were all memorable.
Internet service was good.
In my opinion, the Gran Hotel Bolivar was good experience and great value.”
