“I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered. The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)……

“La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas.……

“Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.”
