「酒店雖然有點歷史的痕跡, 但房間寬敞, 住起來很舒服。地點也很方便, 旁邊就有商場跟地鐵站。就是有一個女前台態度兇狠,讓人印象深刻, 完全感覺不出喜來登體系應有的服務態度, 其他飯店員工則都很客氣有禮且樂於助人。早餐品項豐富,各式菜色口味好, 餛飩雞湯好吃, 我幾乎每天早上都得來一碗。 」

「Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation.」
