"Emplacement très bien pour le départ de Salkantay Trek, il aurait été bien de prévenir que l’électricité se couperait à 19h.
Pas d’eau chaude non plus dans les douches."

"Wow I don’t even know where to start. Jorge was an incredible host! You walked into his establishment and immediately felt at home. Jorge adopted you as family right then. He was attentive to requests, ensured easy taxi pick up/drop off, made sure your stay was comfortable. Breakfast was provided and everything was fresh! Eggs made to order, fruit sliced that morning. Fresh fruit juices, teas, coffee made. Every interaction I had with Jorge and his family was positive. He even upgraded our room when he found out we were there celebrating birthdays. I cannot recommend his place enough!! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I had beautiful views of mountains and Incan ruins from my window. The area was quiet even being close to a busy street. The location was prime for walking to markets, restaurants, shops, etc."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home. We stayed there both before and after visiting Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean each time. We enjoyed the breakfast, grassy field and the swinging benches. They let us keep most our bags there while we were gone to Machu Picchu, which was very helpful. Great place to stay!"
"Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system."
"Very nice hotel! The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was always hot water! Nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel does get very cold so a heater or extra blankets would have been nice. The WiFi was unreliable at times but the host was able to fix this when we raised the issue."
"Family owned and operated. Very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast served. Withing walking distance to the main square with lots of restaurants to choose from"
"Very clean.
Great and very helpful staff.
Huge thank you to Jose (concierge) who had to run after us after we checked out to hand over my husband's headphones, which we left behind! This is so much appreciated!
Great breakfast.
Very comfortable room.
Lovely rooftop heated pool."
