"Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in. Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance. Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre. We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool. The family room we had was two enormous Rooms very spacious. Second room had space for three kids. Wonderful hotel would recommend and return if I was ever going back to Florence"

The entire staff from the porters, bar tenders, cleaning staff and managers were friendly and accommodating. The property was picturesque and absolutely stunning. We wish we would have stayed more days just to enjoy the property itself. If you're having an afternoon drink on the patio bar or enjoying a scrumptious evening meal in the restaurant you will not be disappointed."

"My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many times we got to relax because they had everything that we wanted or needed right on property."
