"This was my second visit to this gem in Gibraltar. We stayed for 3 night over Easter, staying in a room with a terrace and views over the bay. I love the appearance of the hotel, the warm welcome, the location overlooking the Botanical Gardens, the swimming pool and the excellent food. The restaurant offered a wide choice of breakfast items, and a reasonably broad dinner menu. Unlike the last time I was here in 2014, the room safe was free to use - a big step forward. On arrival we noticed that the floor of our room felt gritty underfoot. Although we asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor the next time they were in, this didn’t happen. In every other way the housekeeping was good: replacing the towels, making the bed, etc. But the floor still felt like it needed a good vacuuming / mopping. Overall, I still love this hotel and plan to return in the near future."

"Room was spacious and bright. Free street parking was close by. Buffet breakfast was good and there was a Nespresso machine in the room which I appreciated. It was a short walk to the Centro, even shorter walk to several good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel as a base for visiting Gibraltar."

"Viajamos por 27 horas entre voos e estradas para chegar ao St. Regis. E depois de romper todas as barreiras do nosso cansaço, fomos surpreendidos em todos os detalhes por uma tripulação que jamais esquecerei. Eles fizeram com que nos sentíssemos em casa e nos encantaram com sua atenção e paixão por cada detalhe. Todos, absolutamente todos formam um time de excelência, os recepcionistas, o gerente geral (que se apresentou), a gerente do restaurante (extremamente amável), a garçonete que cuidou do nosso almoço e também o pessoal que colocou as malas dentro do carro. O melhor que já conheci em minhas viagens pelo mundo, elegante, discreto, eficiente e amável. Minha mais completa Gratidão!!!!!!!!!! Après avoir surmonté notre épuisement, nous avons été émerveillés par chaque détail grâce à une équipe que je n'oublierai jamais. Ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous et nous ont charmés par leur attention et leur passion pour chaque détail. Absolument tout le monde forme une équipe formidable : les réceptionnistes, le directeur général (qui s'est présenté), la directeur du restaurant (d'une extrême gentillesse), la serveuse qui s'est occupée de notre déjeuner, et même le personnel qui a chargé nos bagages dans la voiture. La meilleure expérience que j'aie jamais vécue lors de mes voyages à travers le monde : élégante, discrète, efficace et aimable. Un immense merci !"

"Good location near Main Street and pubs and restaurants. The rooftop view is a bonus and the view from breakfast is great. Breakfast selection was plentiful. It’s difficult to get a taxi in Gibraltar and the visits to the rock require a tour (which is a monopoly run by one tour group….) so you are stuck with little options "
