The owner/manager was responsive, and we did not have any significant issues with the property during our stay. “The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us. ”
