「Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one.」

「The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this...
