「We have visited the hotel six times since 2018 and always wanted to return because it felt like home, but we have decided that this was our last visit; we feel there are several areas where standards have slipped and improvements are needed. The service upon arrival and at the reception desk is not what it used to be; the staff seemed unenthusiastic about working. 「Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one.」

「The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this...

「Wymara is most definitely place to be at Turks and Caicos. Hotel is quiet, with gorgeous ocean views and located right on the beach. Stuff was beyond helpful, polite and the food is absolutely amazing. Hats off to the chefs, because everything we tried, was delicious and we are not easily impressed. We had such a great time that despite our original plans we did not leave property at all. We are already planning to go back - the experience was beyond our expectations.」

「Ceiling fan needs to be replaced, makes annoying noise. Happy hour way understaffed. They would have made more $$ if had 2 servers instead of 1 . There was probably 15 to 20 people, 1 server」
