「We went with my family for my 40th birthday. Our welcome was superb and our room was lovely. My daughter did complain that she had to sleep on a sofa bed while we got the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. The food was fantastic except for one night when my fish wasn’t fully cooked at fire and ice. We ate at fire and ice for breakfast everyday and had our afternoon treats at cafe agave. 「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」

「The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....
